    1. Fiction-wise, as someone who spoke Dothraki as her third language and was told by her… handmaidens (?) that her pronunciation sucked, doesn’t that mean she did her job as an actress really well? It was a cunty thing for him to say, though.

    2. And no one forget she was having serious medical issues during the filming and you could never tell. So, he was probably just jealous because she did it so much better than he did!!! But what do you expect from mother of dragons!! And the defeater of medical issues!!

    3. Happy to see that this weird edit just makes everyone think the creator of the language said this and not the writer of the article, comprehension is in short supply!

    4. To be fair, the character knows dothraki as what? Her 3rd? 4th language? It doesnt matter how good you are with languages. If you didnt grow up bilingual in the language like Danaerys learning both high valyrian and common growing up. She started learning dothraki at like 14. Of course shes not a native speaker. So it fits that dany "sucks" at it

    5. Daenerys know Dorthraki, high Velerian, and the common tounge from what i understand. She does not need to be good a Dorthraki she needs to get her point across.

    6. Technically it is a language… lotr elvish is a language… even has an alphabet. Shit the Star Trek show has a language I forget what race worf was but… people do speak it

    7. Okay it sounds like it’s the creator of the language who is saying such things but no! It’s fans who said she sucked at it while the creator of i remember correctly stood out for her and said she had the correct prononciation

    8. I mean it should be lore accurate that she has an accent in it, it's like her 3rd language especially one that she only started learning in her teens.
