    Zoe Saldaña found her old ballet teacher cleaning offices in Queens at 62. Miriam had trained her free for 4 years when Zoe’s family couldn’t afford lessons in the Bronx. After the Avatar premiere, Zoe tracked her down through 11 old studios. Found her mopping floors at midnight. “Miss Miriam, it’s Zoe.” “Mija, you got so tall.” “You gave me everything. Let me give something back.” “I didn’t teach you for money.” Zoe bought her a studio in Jackson Heights. Miriam teaches 38 kids free there now, every Saturday.       I had a voice teacher in high school whom I idolized. I never made it big or anything, but if I had, I would have looked for her. Zoe Saldana is amazing.

      My 8th grade art teacher Marsha hineman and Spanish maestro mr.john peters helped mold me to a caring person to give time to others and to raise my kids and me after my mom's passed away when I was 15 years old..god bless all teachers and especially to ones like mine.lovr and respect …SILENCE….

      I had several teachers who helped me through some difficult times. My 4th grade teacher who help me understand that not all teachers were mean because a 3rd grade teacher was mad that I was good in math. She used masking tape to tape me to my desk chair (almost all day), so that other kids could finish and receive the candy bar for finishing first the first math quiz. My junior high school creative writing teacher who helped me by writing about my parents divorce and moving from a small town in Oregon to West Los Angeles. By putting my feels in writing about going from a-b student to ds. I also had a geometry teacher from hell who tried to fail me, but the office stopped that and I was only missing an elective and got to work in the office for summer school. So I had good and bad teachers.

      This is how life should actually be. We are given choices along the way, to others in need of help at the time they need it, in ways that do not charge any type of fee or recompense. And we go on. And when we are in need, may we be fortunate enough to encounter those that will help us too.
      Life is not about being the best, the richest, the smartest & the fastest, focusing only on our selves & what we want. Yet those seem to be those are the people worshipped & adored by society today. Many of the very rich & successful step on other people’s faces & hearts to reach the top, & steal what others have worked to create & then shared w/ others, some say foolishly, only to have their gift taken & legally claimed by a person whose only way to get ahead is to cheat & steal & who pretends to be the creator.
      Be careful of who you worship & adore. Be respectful, thoughtful & kind, &, when able,
      generous. This way, each of us can make the world a better place for all of us together, as has been intended from the beginning!

      Yes my art teacher
      school was almost over for the year and then summertime
      mom said yes I could go to summer school art class
      And ever since then teacher's name who is extra long so we all called in Mr A.
      Sadly he's in heaven never forgotten
      And his intentions came to fruition and I finished in college
      4.0 because of him I totally enjoyed summer school on purpose
      Absolutely ♥️
