Dumbest Ticket Ever Update 🤔
We finally got an update to the girl who got pulled over and ticketed for driving with a phone in her right hand, but she doesn’t even have a right hand. She decided to take it to court which was set for April 21st, but that ended up being an online pretrial, which asked if she wanted a plea deal offer or an in-person trial. She went with the in-person trial, so now in about 4-8 weeks, she will in a courthouse, in front of a judge, that will clearly see she doesn’t have a right hand..

notice how she isnt saying "i wasnt using my phone with my right nub while driving"? because she knows she was. hopefully her bullshit claims are laughed at in court. the mental gymnastics are only okay when it benefits yalls side… when someone you disagree with uses the same exact manipulation tactics for an end that you do not agree with, you call it obviously unfair, clear corruption, abuse of power, etc. the leftists and the anti-police groups have no moral foundation at all. some of these comments are insanity. 🤡🤣

Unless ticketing officer is shot and killed in front of his family and all of the nations Law Enforcement officers, then there is no point, and nothing will change.

its stupid how slow all this moves. it should be the following week. also she should counter sue for legal fees (since she will obviously win) and hire a kings council (very elite lawyer) at $5000 / hr for every day between now and the trial
People need to know that for basic traffic tickets your first court date is your arraignment date. You have the right to arraignment per the sixth amendment of the Constitution. Now beyond the options that various courts may offer you this is where you decide whether or not you're going to plead guilty or not guilty. If you're going to plead guilty you can honestly just pay or do whatever you need to do to handle the ticket that day but if you're going to plead not guilty that's where you get the actual trial date a couple months out

It's just not right. They left her with no other option than to go to court and handle the matter herself. She has all the rights to sue that police department.
Cop won't show up . They don't have to worry about being held accountable. Remember a police officer isn't your friend .

I bet she was holding the steering wheel with her nub and holding her phone in her left hand. That's probably why in the video she keeps clarifying that the cop saw it in her right hand. A little smooth talking and it's an easy court case.
