The Chanel Cruise 2026/27 show on April 28, 2026, was a momentous one. Not only was it Creative Director Matthieu Blazy’s first Cruise runway for the fashion house, it was also a homecoming; The breezy seaside locale of Biarritz was purposefully chosen, as a homage to where it all started in the first place. This coastal resort town was the very place Gabrielle Chanel chose to open her couture house in the year 1915. Talk about a full circle moment.
In attendance: Our favourite celebrities including Tilda Swinton, A$AP Rocky (and his bubblegum pink Chanel flap bag), Sofia Coppola and more, stylishly dressed by the House. The whimsical Métiers d’Art 2026 dog-inspired set even made an appearance.

Hollywood veteran Tilda Swinton looked suave as always in a monochrome get-up, creating perfect juxtaposition by pairing an masculine-looking shirt and blazer with a short pleated skirt. Two-toned Chanel heels topped off the look.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Tilda’s daughter, Honor also showed up looking equally sharp, matching Mum in a black Chanel jacket with a pop of white florals appliques.
A$AP Rocky

We love a guy who isn’t afraid to wear pink. Those tiny shoe ‘charms’ dangling at the side? They’re actually his daughter Rocki Irish’s ballet slippers. Aww.
Nana Komatsu

Japanese singer-actress Nana Komatsu, who’s usually seen in darker and more muted colours, was a striking image in red on red.
Sofia Coppola

Lena Schuett and Miu Natsha

Thai actresses Lorena Lalina Schuett and Miu Natsha Taechamongkalapiwat, also collectively known as Lenamiu, kept to a white palette. We especially love the former’s ladybug set from Chanel’s Métiers d’Art 2026 collection.

Inspired by the dog-walkers of New York, Barbara Lennie’s Chanel Métiers d’Art 2026 tweed two-piece set featuring numerous doggos is everything.

Chinese singer-songwriter and actress Leah Dou, daughter of Cantopop star Faye Wong, stayed true to her usual androgynous style in a suit set, finished off with a striped scarf used as a tie.
