I’ve long suspected that some of the more lugubrious texts and emails from BL were actually composed by RR. We know that RR wrote dialogue and scenes on IEWU. It was RR’s glib, tone deaf marketing campaign that flopped. IMO, this entire legal mess is due to the narcissistic wound/injury RR received when all his machinations failed!
As the plaintiff, she knew that she was likely to file a lawsuit against them and she (Ryan)took steps to have evidence destroyed. Note that when he was sued for copyright infringement, there was an evidence spoliation claim as he was destroying evidence by deleting posts from social media (they settled). He has done this before and had got away with it. Glad he won’t this time.
