While Shia LaBeouf has moved on with someone new, Mia Goth has been focusing on her career and their daughter (and potentially the Met Gala)!
In case you missed it, Elle Australia revealed a list of celebrities who are heavily rumored to be attending the 2026 Met Gala with the theme of “Costume Art.” And as you’ve already guessed, Mia Goth was on the list (alongside other rumored attendees like Doja Cat, Emma Stone, Anne Hathaway, and more).

And if Goth comes this year, it marks her return after 10 years. Many fans may not know this but Goth actually made her one and only appearance at the Met Gala back in 2016 for the “Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology” theme. She wore a light green Prada gown and we’re hoping she arrives in something so gorgeous (and revenge-dress worthy) at the 2026 Met Gala.

For those who don’t know, Goth and LaBeouf met on the set of Nymphomaniac Vol II in 2012. Soon after, she starred in the music video he directed for Future Unlimited’s single “Haunted Love” in late 2013, and they made their red carpet debut almost a year later.
However, in 2015, right when engagement rumors started, an explosive video from ETOnline surfaced showing a screaming match in Germany. He was recorded saying on the drive away, “If I’d have stayed there, I would have killed her.”
They married in 2016 in Las Vegas but filed for divorce in 2018, citing an “amicable” split. However, they sparked reconciliation rumors in both 2020 and 2021, before actually reconciling in late 2021. They welcomed their daughter, Isabel, in March 2022.

They were mostly out of the public eye until Page Six reported that LaBeouf and Goth privately separated in mid 2025. But it remains unclear if they have officially filed for divorce, or are just separated.
