It’s going to be Larries all over again🙄. Make them so uncomfortable it starts to affect their real friendship!

What did OOP post that was related to RPF with Connor? I’m a bit lost, I only see Hudson’s pic and lyrics of a song he used. I need more context plssss

If only these fans could use this unhinged energy for something productive like helping to dismantle the shit storm that america has lead the world down.

Yeah, that’s not going to happen.

I honestly think this has more to do with people being delusional about their relationships to celebs than having fun creating fictional stories about real people they acknowledge they don’t know amd will never meet.

That said, if people are going to participate in RPF, they need to keep it locked down somewhere and stop acting like showing it to the celeb is a badge of honor. If a celeb wants to read/view it, they can find it on their own. Believe me.

But also, he has, for better or worse, been fast-tracked to the kind of celeb status where someone else needs to handle all aspects of his social media presence. He’s old enough to realize the life he had a year ago is gone and this is his new reality.

Unfortunately with RPF fans you have the two extremes: those who would die and hide forever if their favs become aware of what they’re doing, and the loud ones that need to shove their “truth” into everyone’s business including their faves. And, unfortunately, the loud ones are too loud

He’s 100% right, but I pray for his safety.

It must be wild for both him and Connor. One day, you’re just a struggling actor, and suddenly there are thousands of people believing you’re secretly in love with your costar and faking a relationship.

The internet is not a fun place in 2026.

    7. I can’t believe this is still a thing.

Back in ~2014, posting about your OTPs (one true pairing) on tumblr was a big thing among fandom spaces, but even then, actually shipping the actors was frowned upon. Sherlock, Supernatural and the MCU fandoms were bad for this. I remember the call out posts, how it’s incredibly creepy and disrespectful to talk about actual, real people like they’re your playthings.

I get shipping fictional characters, that’s fun. If you like Shane and Ilya and want to post about that – go ahead, that’s cool. Anything beyond that is fucked up. Can’t imagine how icky that must feel for the actors.
