Theo Silverton’s killer on Coronation Street may have been figured out, according to viewers.
James Cartwright’s character was killed off last week, and this week detectives began investigating his murder. Fans had been speculating that Theo’s son Miles would end up being revealed as the culprit, despite him not being one of the six named suspects.
One of those suspects is George Shuttleworth, who was accused of the crime by police this week. But fans now think both George and Miles are innocent.
Instead, fans think this week’s episodes confirm Summer Spellman is the killer. After all, she was the last person with him onscreen before his dead body was found by Betsy Swain.

He’d trapped her in the flat, so did she fight back and end up killing him? Since the death she’s been acting weird, not telling anyone she saw him that night and also she’s really shaken up.
Getting upset over recent goings on, she also seemed to be hiding something, and then there’s her being adamant that George did not kill Theo. How would she know for sure?
Taking to social media fans are convinced that Corrie tried to throw us off with the Summer and Theo showdown, so that she would look to obvious as a killer. They think Summer did kill Theo and that is why she’s struggling.

One fan posted: “I think it was Summer,” as another said: “I think its Summer. She was pretty scared of him and my thinking is she saw him on the scaffolding unexpectedly, freaked out then pushed him.”
