Wow this is epic it's exactly what we've been saying, so damaging to her and she knew it. I believe this was another reason she had to settle mainly due to business, brand and shareholder pressures bc she screwed herself over and over being tone deaf.

This is insane. Of course she doesnāt have a case. She made everything up. I thought all of this was about justice for Justin, her paying him a fortune for defamation. Preferably she should go to jail for lying about all of this.
Its more likely that she had to pay Baldoni's legal fees……he would not be in a position to settle otherwise
