My limited understanding of American Law is knowing proper English grammar and legal terminologies for contracts and documentation.

Bar exams don’t exist for quality control; they exist to limit competition.
Megyn is generally right, but her condescending tone sucks. Just because she couldn't pass the bar doesn't mean she's stupid. And she should be given credit for trying to do something really hard.

I dont think was that dedicated to her studies. She was always flying off somewhere, promoting and working on the show and her businesses. You need to dedicate time to your studies and make them a priority if you want to suceed.
She's been doing this for at least five years… She could have graduated from law school if she had enrolled in college. She's a high school grad and refuses to do the college academic work to become a lawyer.
I've heard it from a number of lawyers that the California bar exam is one of the most difficult in the nation.
