An “underrated” getaway nestled in the Suffolk countryside has been named among the UK’s best places for rest and relaxation.
Grazia magazine has shared its round-up of the top spa hotels across the country to visit in 2026.
Among the list of 22 destinations was Retreat East in Hemingstone, near Ipswich.
The hotel and spa has a range of rooms to stay including shepherd huts and barns with up to four bedrooms.
All the stays include a complimentary continental breakfast and use of the spa facilities.

The spa treatments focus on the five elements that can be found in traditional Chinese medicine: water, earth, fire, metal and wood.
Retreat East has attracted many famous faces to the Suffolk countryside such as Denise van Outen, singer Jessie Ware and TV personality Millie Mackintosh.
It has also featured numerous times on Channel 4 show Married at First Sight UK.
