Kendall Jenner channels ‘Winged Victory’ for the Met Gala 2026 red carpet

Kendall Jenner is statuesque — literally. Hitting the iconic stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Jenner posed on the Met Gala 2026 red carpet wearing a draped custom GapStudio by Zac Posen gown, fashioned around her curves.

The theme of this year’s exhibition is “Costume Art,” and the dress code is “Fashion Is Art” — which Jenner took quite literally. In fact, it channeled one statue in particular: the Greek Winged Victory of Samothrace that stoically flies at the top of the Daru staircase at the Louve in Paris.
