Egos get flared, tensions get frayed, and break-ups can be even messier than the typical romantic type. In short, you have to enter a band in full knowledge that one day, seemingly out of nowhere, shit could completely hit the fan.
In this sense, it’s easy to see why the decision to fire someone from a group is possibly one of the most agonising things a rock outfit could ever come to face.
