I agree with what you said: the team of the one who 'd deserve to be like Heard (this joke should go viral and reach the mainstream media) will weaponize this element, thinking they've set an effective trap. But nobody's fooled. And you say it's no longer a legal trial but a PR war; I agree. Thank you for your very insightful analysis.

Exposing what really happened is what Justin wanted, he wanted the truth to be known rather than the lies and that has been achieved, it’s all out there now for anyone with a will to see. He has won.

A very big part of the Justice of it already exists- Justin gets to wake up every morning as himself, a man of heart and integrity, of genuine connection, and he will be nourished by that every day, even though it’s hard, even though it can be painful, his experience of life is so rich because of how he chooses to lead from kindness, truth and vulnerability.

People who lie and deceive, who have to twist reality to make it soothe themselves, are ill. They already wake up every day as themselves, with all the weird icky emotions and dissociation, solipsism and blinkeredness that lead them to behave this way. It’s a pitiful existence and ethically, spiritually, it’s best to view them as children. Children who need to be told No, who need to be restrained from doing harm, and who invoke some pity for the awful situations they create- for the fact that they can’t look at reality with any real degree of honesty because it would be too painful for them to face.
The selfishness and viciousness are byproducts of their illness and lack of understanding.

Far better to be a Justin who can see the world clearly, with compassion and accuracy.

Justin will heal. I hope that Blake and Ryan will heal too but they behave like this, sadly, because they are already so very lost.
It takes epic bravery to heal narcissistic defences and dissociation, even with all the money in the world, they still wake up each morning within those psychological structures, and that’s not a nice place to inhabit.
They behave in a cut throat manner because cut throat emotions are within them. The delusionary actions reveal just how ill their psyches are, it’s actually very sad. Happy people never behave like this.
Justin was right to have compassion, and also incredibly right to say No. The only way bullies ever heal is when they can’t bully anymore.
This whole case was important for the world to witness, it’s an indicator of a wider emotional change- of compassionate people starting to really say No.

Kjersti Baldoni & team did not allow them to keep 47.1 when they discussed the settlement! Because 47.1 has nothing to do with the case that was going on & even if Baldoni won the current case, the 47.1 motions would still have to be adjudicated by the judge!

See there were two lawsuits that were combined! Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni & team and Baldoni & team’s lawsuit against Lively. Baldoni & team’s lawsuit was filed Jan 2025 & dismissed in June or July 2025. The 47.1 motion belongs with the Baldoni & Wayfarer lawsuit against Lively & was pending a decision. It has nothing to with Lively’s lawsuit.

The 47.1 motions only has to do with Baldoni’s & Wayfarer’s lawsuit against Lively & only relates to the defamation complaint that Baldoni & team made.

See 47.1 prevents defendants for suing a plaintiff for defamation once SH or any other such allegation or complaint has been filed or the plaintiff had a reasonable basis to file such a complaint even if they didn’t file. As it reverses things & makes the plaintiff the defendant & the defendant the plaintiff.

So once Baldoni & Wayfarer filed their defamation complaint, Lively was the defendant in that complaint & Baldoni & team were the plaintiff! 47.1 is a motion that belongs here!

So no matter what, even if Baldoni’s & team won at trial 47.1 would still have to be adjudicated!!

I’m watching this and fuming.​So essentially what they’re doing​ using their wealth to retain lawyers who will take the law, then bend and twist it to suit their own needs.​This sounds familiar. We’ve got a country on fire right now because somebody in the White House is doing the same thing. Isn't this the way he deals with his lawsuits?

Here’s a very bizarre theory.

Last week it looked like things were winding down, happy pictures of Justin and Emily, blah blah blah,​and now all of a sudden it’s ramped up again. You know what else happened last week? Blake went to the Met Gala ​(aka the court of public opinion) while Ryan stayed home and then Taylor announced her bridesmaids. (Remember when somebody was on good behavior when he hoped to get a peace prize, and when he didn’t, he went to town on Venezuela?)​

What I'm saying is it mattered from an optics standpoint. She needed to be preferrably in Taylor's wedding, at a minimum, at the wedding. You've got Taylor on the witness list (tell me this won't mess with wedding prep and potentially a wedding date) ​so once again Blake is trying to gain the upper hand. The behavior is the same. It’s narcissistic. It’s the expectation that they’re entitled to do and have what they want and that the rest of us are beneath them. We’re not!

At this point can't she be arrested for slander/harassment? Anything, please make her stop.
