from what i understand, justins team was always open to settle but livelys team decided to settle when all ger sexual harrasment and defamatiosn claims were gutted AND the unsealing of documents started and the lies in her deposition and her acomplicies were starting to be seen by the public in general, also im not surprised she was scared shitless of taking the stand, we saw how that sinked amber heard after being sued by Deep

Everyone in this case loses and looks bad. There was so much pettiness, the use of bots, the over doing accusations in the suit. I don’t think either one of them will have the career they could have after this.

With all of their money and power they could have written their own script and produced their own movie. But that would take being creative and talented so. Better to take over someone else's movie I guess. They both give me the vibes of actors who don't even like movies that much, they just want fame.
She was very clever to choose the Met Gala knowing her peers would be on their best behavior and probably nice to her even if fake nice. Then it’s easier for her to see them at other times or possibly working with her. I think she did it as a way to break the ice if that makes sense.

I think she settled because she was going to look horrible on the stand AND also she wanted to go to the met gala. Like you dont just have a random dress you can throw on for the met. She planned this. She's dirty just like her husband. I dont like either of them. I wish Justin didn't settle and let it go to court. That would have been the dirt on her coffin because the nails are already in. There's so much proof of what she did wrong.

The judge tossed 10 of her 13 claims.
She dropped the remaining claims.
She walked away with nothing but a bad reputation.

Blake and Ryan have made a mockery of domestic violence and sexual harassment. It's an insult to REAL victims. Survivors are watching.
She started with FIFTEEN claims, and brought a suit for approx 400 million dollars. She dropped the two emotional distress claims when she needed to provide proof of her distress. The judge dismissed all ten of her SH claims. That left three, which she dropped, days after unsealed court documents reealed she lied numerous times under oath about destroying evidence. And she didn't get a penny from Justin. To quote Bryan Freedman-"If that's a win, I'd like to see what a loss looks like." Blake's PR is trying so hard to spin this, and no one is buying it.
