Normally with these types of things I’m like it’s not that similar and inspiration doesn’t always have to be credited.
But this is nuts! The entire concept + the almost exactly copied placement of the black stripes?
And the original dress is SO much better too. It looks like on of those ‘original vs. temu knock off’ video’s. I’d be fuming too if I were the designer, I hope the MET rectifies their mistake, wouldn’t expect such a careless, sloppy way of doing things from them.Â

How surprising that the Amazon sponsored show copied work?
Well, not the Met per se as much as someone passing their work off to the met as original. Accredited museums have a process they have to follow in these cases but I imagine they will be moving this one from view.
Seriously, the met gala is just rich person propaganda, I’m black listing every fucker who attends frankly, all of them are disgusting Individuals in my mind
It’s bad but for emerging artists it’s actually a good thing for young artists cause without that they won’t blow up as fastÂ
