Jimmy Fallon kisses Stephen Colbert during their epic ‘Strike Force 5’ reunion on ‘The Late Show.’ Joined by fellow late-night TV hosts Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers and John Oliver, Fallon and Colbert share a quick smooch while playing a ‘Who’s Most Likely To?’ game. The pals, who started a podcast during the 2022 writers’ strike, reunited to celebrate the final days of Colbert’s show, which wraps up on May 21.

Anyone with a job should pay attention here 0:45 because a Union of workers went on Strike when the networks they worked for were REDUCING the income of the writers even though network profits were up.
"Reducing" because they weren't counting social media "re-runs" and because the networks wanted to implement Artificial Intelligence – even though it can't write funny, nor ironic, nor intelligently.
Strike Force 5 paid their writers and importantly : stood with the Worker's Union instead of with the bosses.
Always knew Jimmy was 🌈.
It's like the requirements are skinny slim Caucasian man to host a late night show.
