This is honestly incredibly fascinating, and I don’t think anything she mentioned is uncommon among brain aneurysm surgery survivors. Coiling (the method she discusses where they “fill in” the aneurysm) is medically faster but has a higher recurrence rate for aneurysms than invasive surgery (which fully clamps off the aneurysm). So glad she’s using her experiences and voice to raise awareness for brain aneurysms, especially since they’re so often referenced in joking terms instead (e.g., this thing is giving me an aneurysm).
