Not purchasing price gouged items from unethical companies DOES work. Take notes, American consumers! Let’s topple them all

I’m sure if tickets were offered for free from ol’ Queefer, there would still be half empty houses.

Honestly, it’s refreshing to see an artist be honest about why they are canceling their tour. Don’t give me that “need to spend time with my family” nonsense

I have never been to a concert, and with current prices to see them, I never will.

      Fuck ticketmaster

He needs to do what other acts do and pair up with someone like Kevin Bacon or Kevin Costner

      Then they’ll pack the houses.

    6. It’s so weird that people are cancelling their tours rather than lowering their prices. It feels personal.

artists need to start going The All American Rejects backyard party tour route if they want to perform so badly without pricing people out

Why would it be unfair to play for the people that paid to see you? Lmao, what a lameass

We won’t spend $$$ on tickets anymore; we go to local & smaller venues, 1 is an amazing local music hall, where for $6 you can enjoy hours of great local music, along with/homemade food that’s very well priced.

I saw Kiefer about 10 years ago, not my style of music but performed competently. You can tell it’s the symbiotic sort of relationship where he wouldn’t be able to hack it on his own, and the band needs a draw so they can sell tickets. All in all, not terrible, lots of songs about getting drunk and loved ones dying, Kiefer gave me a thumbs up, 10/10.

Not fair to people to play in half empty venue? Isn’t it less fair to cancel a show they wanted to go to?

At least say what is actually happening “I’m going to lose money if I do this tour so I’m canceling it”

    12. am i the only one here who remembers that made-for-VH1 documentary called I Trust You to Kill Me where Kiefer Sutherland is a tour manager for a band called Rocco DeLuca and the Burden?! And he gets piss drunk and fights someone in the hotel lobby?! He’s been playing or involved with music for a really long time!

    13. My parents love talking about the time they got me scalped tickets for the Backstreet Boys circa 1998 in Canada. They got them over the phone through classified ads in the paper and they were EIGHTY FIVE DOLL HAIRS each.

People watched 9 seasons of Jack Bauer savagely killing and torturing everyone around him. Dick Cheney, John McCain, and more loved the show. In the backdrop of all the violence on screen they were torturing people at Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib.
