I’m not good with legal stuff at all – what does this mean that the judge has decided to suppress evidence? Does that work in favour of defence or prosecution or is it neutral?

He looks exhausted. I always think about his poor back on those “beds” in there.

He deserves to be free.   All of  it should be from the tainted  tree.

oh the people are gonna be *so mad* online for
like a day when he gets life in prison.

He was at Hadestown that night. I sat next to him and bitched about Health Insurance with Him.

If you support Mangione’s decision to kill based on his own judgment that someone deserved to die, you are opening the door for other people who you may not agree with to do the same. The person who shot and killed Dr. George Tiller did so because he thought he was actively perpetrating evil. The standard for murder can not be based in whether or not you support the murderer’s viewpoint.

    7. This will sound very silly so be prepared; At this point what do they even talk about in the courtroom? They rehash the same day and story? For years?
