6:46 This looks more like a blooper, as evidenced by Jim Parsons breaking character and laughing. As such, it would not have made the final aired version and isn't evidence of 'liberating the rigidity of the script'; it's an unplanned mistake that caused them to have to do another take. Funny, sure, but not intended and not useable.
