After Euphoria’s Rue Bennett (Zendaya) was believed to have been killed at the end of season three, episode six, the character’s fate was revealed in the May 17 installment of the HBO series. Rue escaped a near death encounter when crime lord Alamo Brown galloped towards her on a horse to smash her face in with a polo mallet. After being forced to dig her own grave by Alamo’s henchmen G and Bishop, Rue pleads for her life while still being buried up to her neck in the desert.
