Elizabeth Smart Reveals Real Reason She Became a Bodybuilder | E! News

Elizabeth Smart detailed how bodybuilding transformed her both physically and mentally. In an interview with Us Weekly published May 20, Elizabeth explained that she initially hesitated to post photos of herself competing in a bodybuilding competition, fearing how the public might react to seeing her on stage in a bikini.
