Also she’s well-off but I can’t imagine she’s at the level of wealth where she’s moving in circles with people with $100 million-plus. She hasn’t had a regular TV gig since 2019 and there was a stretch from 2000 to 2007 where she wasn’t on TV either. Her late husband was much older than she and was a pro athlete, but that was in the 1950s when athletes didn’t make millions per year. Unless she got very lucky with investments or something, I don;t see how she’s in that tier but I could be very off-base.

I actually like the homes exterior-but it’s very dated inside. That won’t stop the person who can afford it so enjoy!

This asking price is ridiculous.
The people spending $100MM (really, buyers spending >$20MM) on a property want a design more up-to-date, inside and out.
I know it’s Greenwich and waterfront but, yeah, this is not a $100MM property.
Realistically, it’ll probably transact around $20-30MM and even that is generous.
The land is the most interesting element of this deal.

Growing up in the 90s, I remember my mom watching Kathie Lee and Regis. I haven’t really seen her getting a redemption arc like so many other celebs, but she was absolutely a target of media ferocity at the time. I remember when Frank cheated on her and how it was on all of the tabloids. She really was a punching bag and even childhood me hated her but I really had no idea why.

I remember this house from my mom watching her show in the 90s! I think it looks great. Seems like a great family compound for when her kids & grandkids visit- wonder if she’s got somewhere else they all go to be together.
