Her powers are granted vy the stones. The stones created everything in which she has power over. Theres no way she'd actually defeat someone with the reality or the mind stone
Well since she is only Mind Stone Enhanced rn id say the mind stone is arguably the strongest stone so the concept of it holding back 4 others is pretty easy . Mind will always beat strength at the end of the fight.
