    1. As an eldest daughter who shouldered the responsibility of pulling my family out of homelessness, this made me sob.

I always had a soft spot for KeKe Palmer. My brother watched everything she was in and as his lifelong babysitter, I always liked her. But my hats off to Lauren Keyana Palmer.

She’s such a dynamic speaker. Her stage presence is just incredible.

    3. Oh my god I am crying. Lauren Keyana Palmer, I see you and I respect you tremendously.

This hit way too close to home. Eldest daughter burnout mixed with “funny Black girl who has to keep it together for everyone” energy is so real, and seeing her be that vulnerable and still that strong just wrecked me. Lauren Keyana really carrying generations on her back and still cracking jokes like it’s nothing.

I love Keke and her multiple talents are what made me a fan of hers, but it frustrates me how she platforms and defends abusers after being a victim of abuse herself.

Oof, I felt this. As a fellow care-for-everyone-but-myself type, proud of Lauren for how she helped her family, but also how she’s reclaimed her life.

I’m literally rewatching NOPE right now. She’s incredible in so many ways.

Ok, unrelated, anyone know where I can get that earring she has in her right ear? The one with the chain

She’s an incredible storyteller. I could watch her for hours and hours talking about nothing.
