      I remember when the Raptors won it for the first time ever, a few years ago. The city was ELECTRIC for the whole run.

      Such fond memories of the sports bar near my family’s apartment exploding with cheers back in 1999, a wave of orange and blue pouring out into the street. It was such a fun burst of joy melding into the Yankees dominance at the same time, leading up to the new millennium.

      *Definitely* don’t feel the same general optimism I felt back then as a teen, but I love watching NYC win! Bing fucking bong!
