First we have Wonder Woman which was banned in Lebanon, Kuwait, and Qatar because of the actress Gal Gadot as she is a Israeli and served in the IDF

Next we have Black Adam which was banned in China as Pierce Brosnan (nun) who plays Doctor Fate seems to have posed with Dalai Lama, which the government viewed as a political statement and scrapped the film from releasing

Then comes The Batman , which wasn’t released in Russia as a sign of global protest against the war in Ukraine

And finally The Dark Knight by Warner Bros. didn’t event attempt to release in China because they knew the scene where Batman kidnaps a corrupt businessman from a Hong Kong skyscraper would never pass the government censors
