Former Attorney General Pam Bondi was diagnosed with thyroid cancer after leaving the Justice Department in April, she told CNN.

Bondi said she is undergoing treatment, including having surgery a few weeks ago. Bondi tells CNN she is still recovering and “doing well, though.”

President Donald Trump fired Bondi as attorney general in early April and Todd Blanche is now serving as acting attorney general.

She is scheduled to testify Friday in the House Oversight Committee’s Jeffrey Epstein probe.

    1. So she already had it and they hid the illness from the public until she was out, or she was poisoned into thyroid cancer, or it’s just a coincidence. Which do we think is more likely? Genuinely could be any of them.

Aww, well I hope she gets the exact same level of care that she’d want for us.

I don’t wish cancer on anybody, but I won’t be losing sleep over Pammy’s diagnosis.

Shared the announcement just in time for her to have an excuse to get out of her upcoming hearing.

I am so sick of how sick this country has been. People celebrating others getting cancer sucks. I am not saying she doesn’t deserve that but I am just sick of this sickness. Things have got to change. MAGA needs to go.

It’s one of the most treatable cancers to have. A thyroid and parathyroid removal surgery and then radiation therapy via a pill where you stay away from living beings for a week. She must have been feeling terrible before the diagnosis though, a lot of extreme fatigue

Isn’t she also supposed to be in charge of the AI commission or whatever that board is

    12. That second paragraph is heartbreaking. Hate to see someone so vile recovering and doing well
