The makers of a high-end “penis cream” are accusing Brad Pitt of being a d–k by changing the name of his own skincare line to something allegedly similar.

A Malibu-based brand, Beau D., launched in 2020 with a luxe lip salve and a so-called “D. Cream,” (we’ll let you guess what the D stands for). But the indiscreet outfit has now filed legal docs against Pitt’s skincare line, Beau Domaine, AirMail reported.

Pitt’s French skincare brand quietly launched in 2022 in partnership with a famed winemaking family, adding vintner-like twists to its beauty products, such as a patented compound from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes, combined with anti-aging molecules. (Pitt famously owns a French winery, Château Miraval, which has been a major sticking point in his divorce battle with Angelina Jolie.)

But Pitt and his partners renamed their skincare brand last year — going from Le Domaine to Beau Domaine.

That’s when Beau D. created by a former Men’s Vogue and Teen Vogue staffer, reportedly made three failed attempts at a private settlement before suing for false designation of origin and common-law unfair competition under California’s Business and Professions Code.

The makers of the $56 D. Cream — the company’s Website has a sperm-shaped cursor — are shooting for damages over $75K, and they want Pitt’s line to stop using the Beau Domaine name altogether.

The cheeky company claims that its “crème pénis,” as it calls the stuff, “puts power in your package.” Founder Brandon Palas further told AirMail, “it will help to bring plumpness to that skin, inspire collagen production, and slow down the process of aging.”

AirMail asked some legal experts their opinions, and it doesn’t seem like Beau D. has really caught Pitt with his pants down. Either way, a rep for the “F1” star declined to comment when P6H reached out.
