Oh wow…I used to work in the Christies for couple of years. Christies is the biggest cancer hospital in Europe I think. I was fortunate enough to work across several trail blazing researches and some of the top experts in cancer.
A phenomenal hospital with truly outstanding care.

I love this, I always learn about more places. I’m not British, so I didn’t know about the centre and it’s interesting to read about them.
By the way, are those earrings with bees? Or something else? I love that, I always like to wear silly brooches and pins (usually with cats/dogs) for hospital visits. I remember how much I liked having something fun to mention when I was spending a long time in a hospital, so now I collect funny brooches. I wonder if bees serve a similar purpose, although in a more elegant version.
I love that her dress is the same shade as the workers there so she kind of blends in. Also the hair is stunning!

>Thank you to everyone at The Christie for such a moving visit today.
>Meeting patients, families and staff was a powerful reminder that healing is about so much more than treatment alone. A cancer diagnosis affects every part of life, in mind, body and the deeper part of ourselves. The way we process fear, uncertainty and change is deeply personal.
>The Christie’s commitment to holistic care, from art therapy and wellbeing spaces to emotional and spiritual support, helps people navigate not only illness, but the profound impact it can have on quality of life. These services empower patients to play an active role in their recovery and wellbeing, reminding us that care should always be centred on the whole person.
>Thank you for sharing your stories with me, and for the compassion, creativity and dedication shown every day across the hospital.

The hospital is so lucky Kate came to visit. She looks lovely in jewel tones. Love this colour on her.

This sounds like a great trip! Visits like this are where the royals shine. I like this dress much better than the other day. Her hair looks much better too. I don’t know what she did differently but it worked.

I love that Kate is focusing her work on children and cancer. Two extremely worthy causes, and both are clearly very near and dear to Kate’s heart. She’s an amazing Princess of Wales!!
