Just hours after Hasbro officially unveiled the long-lost Kenner Classics Ecto-Glow Glow Copter Vehicle as a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive, artist Harry Moore has provided fans with another sneak peek, sharing a look at the upcoming release’s packaging artwork.
Moore, who has become a familiar name among Ghostbusters collectors through his work on Hasbro’s ongoing The Real Ghostbusters Kenner Classics line, took to social media to showcase the front packaging artwork created for the Glow Copter. The illustration features the vehicle soaring into action alongside Louis Tully, and the included Meanie Weenie Ghost, perfectly capturing the style of Kenner’s early 1990s Ghostbusters packaging.

Alongside the finished box art, Moore also shared an up-close look at the illustration itself. As an added bonus, he included the toy’s sticker sheet, as well as an early packaging concept that offers a glimpse at the design’s early linework.

For those who missed this morning’s announcement, the Kenner Classics The Real Ghostbusters Ecto-Glow Glow Copter Vehicle is set to debut as a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive, priced at $67.99. Following the convention, limited quantities will also be made available through Hasbro Pulse while supplies last.

Originally developed for Kenner’s 1991 Ecto-Glow toy line, the Glow Copter is finally set to take flight more than three decades later, featuring glow-in-the-dark deco, a spinning rotor, a ghost bomb accessory, and includes Louis Tully alongside the Meanie Weenie Ghost.

The Glow Copter joins Hasbro’s expanding Kenner Classics Ecto-Glow lineup, following the Ecto-Glow Heroes four-pack and the recently shipped Ecto-1 vehicle, while the Ecto-Glow Ghosts two-pack featuring Stay Puft and The Green Ghost remains available for pre-order ahead of its August release.
