For my homies in France (and Europe), Patrick Bruel has been put in custody after 13 women have accused him of sexual assault.
For those who aren't French/Francophone, Patrick Bruel is one of France's most famous singers from the 80s, and the fact he's been put in police custody is unprecedented really in French culture, seeing as we shut down #MeToo (#balancetonporc) and we generally tend to excuse predatory behavior.

I LOVE good news. and fuck the people who gave him a standing ovation last week at his final theater date.
He’s in custody about his actions regarding 13 victims but the number of women who have accused him of sexual assault is way, way higher.
I don’t know this singer but I’m happy a criminal is getting what he deserves. Too many are going free these days.
One of them recounted how, while underaged, she was invited to his place. She remembered drinking tea and then blanking until the morning. And they worked together afterwards while she couldn’t remember what happened.
This is so terrifying. And the fact that some people are still trying to excuse this type of behaviour is so frightening 😮💨
