Bryan Cranston says Vince Gilligan’s Breaking Bad script was so good it convinced his wife he had to spend six years in New Mexico making the show.
“With a cynicism behind her, she goes, ‘I’m not even gonna like this.’ I’m watching her read it. She gets down to the last page, closes it, throws it on the end of the bed and says, ‘Shit!’ Because she knew it was great and that I had to do it.”

Walter White is a great performance but I will forever die on the hill that Hal is Bryan Cranstons superior performance and his magnum opus.
People used to say “Who would’ve thought that the dad from Malcolm was such a great actor?” And my reply was “Anyone who has seen 2 minutes of Malcolm and who knows comedy is not an inferior genre”
His wife was absolutely right
He even knew that Bryan Cranston was going to be Heisenberg before he wrote the show! Bravo Vince!
Omg seeing him and Kim together is mind bending
I would pay a decent amount just to see the Cranston family videos.
It may have been rough to go back and forth, but he would do it again in heartbeat.
