    1. Im so sick of these movies being made about these tech and ceo oligarchs.

Who was “long awaitng” to see a sequel to the Facebook movie.

Sorkin is partially responsible for where we are as a country imo but Jeremy Strong is perfectly cast, I’ll be there.

(Free Billy Magnussen from playing silicon valley tech leaders though, this is what his third major role after The Audacity and Made for Love?)

    3. As much as I dislike an unnecessary sequel, I stan Jeremy Strong more and hes already soooo good in this trailer so unfortunately I will be seated

So jesse eisenberg doesn’t get the chance to give us Lizard mark again

    6. Is this Careless People? That book was amazing. This film makes these people look cooler than they are when in reality they’re just a bunch of out of touch rich nerds with more money than they can spend looking for friends. These emperors have no clothes. I am so sad the author can’t promote it anymore because she’ll get sued to oblivion. The stories in that book are eye opening. Succession is a much better and more accurate depiction of this class of people.

Honestly love this. It’s not just a sequel to make a sequel it’s the real life consequences of Zuckerberg and the platform we watched him build in the first one.

Jeremy Strong really got the look and voice down — I’m impressed and surprised!

    9. So baffled by all of these comment acting like this trailer is pro-billionaire, Zuck is the VILLAIN, he’s portrayed as a chilling and evil reptile while the protags stand up for what they believe in even in the face of his overwhelming and unjustifiable influence.

IDK, I remember being blown tf away by The Social Network, but this looks…not good. I’ll watch when it’s streaming!

    11. Is it ‘long awaited’ though? I know more than I ever want to know about this person.

Make a movie about Mark Zuckerberg being kidnapped and hunted for sport and I’d be more likely to watch

Okay, not the movie we were asking for at all. But those notes from Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross’ original score from the Social Network just gave me fucking chills. Hope that means they’re coming back to score this sequel.

I thought Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross weren’t doing the score anymore? That’s Hand Covers Bruise at the end…

if Jeremy Strong doesn’t get that Oscar for this one istg I’ll get into actual fisticuffs with the old boores at the Academy who decide the winner
