A being of light from Nebula M78 crashes into a Science Patrol officer — and their fates become one. This concept trailer imagines a 2027 live-action Ultraman film that stays true to the original 1966 series created by Eiji Tsuburaya.Robert Pattinson stars as Shin Hayata, a dedicated member of the SSSP — the Science Special Search Party — whose life changes forever during a routine mission over a remote lake. While pursuing the fleeing monster Bemular, a mysterious red sphere of light collides with his ship, killing him instantly. The being inside that sphere is Ultraman, a giant warrior from the Land of Light in Nebula M78. Consumed by guilt, Ultraman merges his own life force with Hayata and gives him the Beta Capsule — a device that allows him to transform into the silver giant whenever Earth faces destruction. But there is a limit. Earth’s atmosphere drains his solar energy rapidly, giving him only three minutes before the Color Timer on his chest begins to flash red.Kristen Stewart plays Akiko Fuji, the sharp and resourceful communications officer of the Science Patrol who begins to notice that Hayata is no longer the man he once was.Keanu Reeves portrays Zoffy, the supreme commander of the Space Garrison and Ultraman’s superior from M78, who watches from beyond the stars and must decide whether Earth is worth saving — or whether Ultraman has sacrificed too much already.This is a concept trailer created for entertainment and creative exploration purposes only.
