This is much more modestly decorated than I’d have expected from a fashion designer. Kind of love it though.

    2. I don’t know why but it always surprises me when a popular fashion designer is like..a person and alive.

One bedroom main house and 4 bedroom guest house is so funny. Must be nice to be rich

      >listed his beachfront Fire Island compound in Water Island

Is he the avatar or something

I’m sorry? The main house is 1 bed room 2,100 ft and the guest house is 4 bed room 1,500 ft? And he designed it that way on purpose?! 😂 Guess the man doesn’t like guests!

Omg Fire Island. I didn’t know Michael was that kinky. If those walls could talk…

    7. The housing market has officially got my head on sideways, because I’ve seen so many million dollar homes that are basic bungalows without backyards, this comparatively seems like a bargain.

Idk what I expected exactly but I know I expected it to be better and more fun. Ik this isn’t outside of the vibe of Michael kors designs but it’s just so unimaginable. It looks like my grandmas house.

Oh to have a life where you own a place like this, and feel the need to no longer live in it.

I’m surprised that a guy like Michael Kors has a place on Fire Island. Figured him more for a Utah/Wyoming/West Virginia type.

Does he know Fire Island is more of a gay enclave? Maybe he bought the place through the internet, got there and was like “whoah whoah whoah!”

If you’re a gay in NYC you’ve been to this house and it just isn’t worth 6 million in my opinion lmao also the shore is literally shrinking

Can’t believe I’ve lived so many years on this planet NOT in a house like that

I can’t believe they bought this property for $950k and it’s now $6.5mill lol

Fire Island might a a real estate fire sale soon.

The state spends millions on sand every year to stop that beachfront from getting washed away.

Its a Gay national landmark essentially so I’m not so mad at it but it wont be around  for that much longer. Its a barrier island.

it’s funny to think that it was the gay bohemian artists from New York City that first travelled to Fire Island in the 1920s and established it as a gay haven. wonder what they’d think seeing this.
