It’s insane to think about them all moving to Nashville to support her dreams. She’s very fortunate that she had parents who could afford to do that. Although…I do kinda wonder if Austin ever resented that? That’s just an insane thing to do lmao. But anyway, I know there are parts of the fandom that don’t like Scott or Andrea, and I just find such discourse about time to be so silly and odd. She’s extremely lucky that she had parents genuinely support her dream! And such a strong belief in their child paid off very nicely.
Taylor’s always been vocal of the love for her family and how grateful she is that they believed in her. It seems like she has such a healthy family dynamic.
I have always kind of wondered how her brother, Austin, deals with everything. His life in a lot of ways has always revolved around hers. That has to be hard. They seem close and they obviously make it work, but I still think it would be really hard to be Austin Swift. It is nice that she mentioned him along with her parents.
This isn’t meant as a snarky thing toward Taylor btw. Just an observation from someone with a sibling.
I cant imagine the amount of pressure that would put on a child. Zero reason they couldnt have waited until she was 18 to do all this. Obviously they were a privileged family already and it all worked out great blah blah but still.
