Rumer Willis awarded primary physical custody of daughter

Rumer Willis was granted primary physical custody of her and ex Derek Richard Thomas’ daughter, Louetta, after she accused him of domestic violence. The exes agreed to a custody evaluation and joint custody, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Thursday.
