      All but one are dark frames. Is this the selection of OP or do celebrities only wear dark frames

      I always wonder if they are prescription. For the most part, for myself, I usually wear contacts out in public and glasses at home. I am also really nearsighted with astigmatism, so I need corrective lenses regardless.

      Glasses for distance make the eyes appear smaller. The stronger the rx the smaller the eyes will appear. Glasses needed to see close up (reading, intermediate) can make the eyes appear bigger. Also frame shape and size can make such a difference to helping eyes look more or less narrow than they are 🙂

      Unpopular opinion but when people say «celebs in nerdy glasses 🤭🤭» half of time i feel they aren’t really elevated by wearing glasses , it’s just that they’re naturally attractive anyways lol

      i always forget that for most people, glasses are just accessories and not a part of your daily life. i’ve worn my glasses every day since i was 7 and i do not know my own face without them lol

      that being said to this day i do not understand how “reading” glasses work. don’t you have to read to do everything in life? is it that you have perfect 20/20 vision that just goes out of focus once more than one word shows up somewhere? i am endlessly fascinated by this and i wish i could see what yall are seeing! (or not seeing?)

      Fun fact: Glasses can actually make your face look more symmetrical, thus increasing attractiveness

      as a glasses wearer, i hate the ‘now you’re pretty!’ trope movies do with characters not using their glasses and suddenly are gorgeous.
