    1. Just seeing it from right now, The dude who walked in. He could've avoided it all by just moving his arm while politely asking the guy to move the chair up.
      Him reacting slow and then moving while the drink was above his head, would've saved the drink and the monitor.

    2. always when assessing blame you have to ask yourself ; who could have done something different to hinder this outcome from happening?
      And the asnwer is the guy in the chair, the dude with the noodles didnt know how the chair got leaned back and therefore couldnt have known it was gonna snap back, on the other hand the kid in the chair had full knowledge of the situation and if his mind was in the right place he could have given a heads up to the dude or re-adjust the chair to make room for someone who is carrying something in a tight space right behind him
