WASHINGTON (TNND) — Late night TV host Jimmy Kimmel made an incest joke about President Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka Trump during his evening monologue.
The night before the UFC Freedom 250 fight, UFC announcer Jon Anik accidentally said “First Lady Ivanka” when he meant to reference First Lady Melania Trump.
After Kimmel played the clip on his show he said, “The First Lady Ivanka? What?”
He later added, “I guess somebody’s birthday wish came true.”
Kimmel’s comment was in reference to Trump in the past saying that if Ivanka wasn’t his daughter, he would probably be dating her. The UFC fight was also on Trump’s birthday.
The joke resulted in people calling for Kimmel’s show to be pulled off the air, according to the Daily Mail.
Kimmel has gotten in hot water for other jokes aimed at the Trump family or conservatives.
Last month, Kimmel got backlash for a joke he made about former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He joked that Giuliani “rose from the grave.” A few days later, Giuliani was admitted to the hospital. In response to some pushback from the joke, Kimmel said that he doesn’t have “psychic abilities” and couldn’t predict Giuliani’s illness.
Last year, Kimmel was pulled off the air for a few days after comments about conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

“The MAGA Gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” he said.
