The way she's killing herself by having this skeletal body and no one around her cares enough to help her clear medical disorder until she'll eventually die from lack of eating or something else making her look like this is crazy guys. It's nasty how no one cares and normalizes this, but as soon has a healthy fat person appears it's actual body shaming and wanting to change for aesthetic purposes. Skeletons are aesthetic looks, always has been given the industry she's apart of, and it will lead to death if no one steps in.
