Arnold Schwarzenegger makes a rare outing with his longtime love, Heather Milligan, at a climate conference in the action star’s home country of Austria on Tuesday. Heather rarely joins her beau for public appearances, but he and the physical therapist have actually been together for more than a decade. She treated him as he was preparing for his film, ‘Escape Plan,’ with Sylvester Stallone in 2012.
