      one thing I love about this scene is that there is the very early shot where Laurent is far and then in the next he is much closer. 1:31 it's super off-putting, nodding to the super speed, and enhances the scene a lot. this wasn't originally intended! in the extended edition, there is a bit more chatter in between these shots and he walks closer. I think that's really fun 🙂 the edit not only helped with pacing but also adds creepiness and shows Laurent's power

      Werewolves literally save her butt and she betrays them and her friend in blink of an eye. Go get them dad! Yet hides the so-called noble vampires that snack on people throughout the movie. The whole vampires are immune to sunlight bs is just as well. Liked the fact that vampires as in lore afraid of werewolves. Something more savage than them able to kill them for all their vaunted powers.
