“It’s almost like [our] happiness made them mad,” she added. “Like, I would go to his shows and dance, and people were like, ‘Oh, how could she?’”

This is 100% true. I remember seeing comments on it and was like “damn, they are really bitter”.

They’re like this with everyone he dates, except maybe Taylor Russell?

It scares me and amuses me when people lose their minds over their Fave starts dating someone. Like with Chris evans, timothee, Henry Cavill

Sure hate was overblown when it came to them just having fun on dates

Still shouldn’t have thrown Florence under the bus because she wanted Shia. And still don’t care for when the boss dates their employer, and when there are allegations of preferential treatment for him.

    5. Idk how people can act like Harry styles was immune to being vulnerable when you can see how much the 1D boys have struggled.

I thought the thing that people had backlash about was that they were annoying to other cast members on set and were acting like that movie was the deepest thing ever

Harry Styles has a horrific online fanbase. They happily and merrily got into bed with a Q-Anon Maga to help spread rumors about Olivia. They don’t care about his happiness, they just want him to be apart of the conspiracy theory they invented or just sit at home alone, twiddling his thumbs.

In recent times some of these same people are trying to spread nasty rumors about Zoe.

    8. The absolute hatred and rage directed towards women who are with popular sex symbol men, “internet boyfriends”, needs to be studied. FKA Twigs talked about it when she was dating RPatz, and Kristen Stewart got a TON of hate from his fanbase too. Over and over and over when a woman gets with a man a lot of women have as their crush she will be subjected to the most vile amount of envy and abuse and it’s disgusting.

I think the issue was more that 1. She was his boss, regardless of the age gap. 2. She actively cheated on her partner and destroyed their kids’ family to be with him. 3. She (allegedly) treated Harry with a lot more favour and allowed him to provide a lot more feedback on the creative decisions that should be left up to the directing and production team, which of course frustrated the actual lead, Florence. It’s unprofessional and causes unnecessary tension on set, particularly between the leads, and is rumoured to be the reason why the movie seems so unfinished and took such a deep turn from the script itself.

But go off and make it about double standards for women, I guess, Olivia?

    10. I’ve been seeing on subs like this for years that dating an employee and dating a younger person are unacceptable power imbalances.

And yet people here go out of their way to defend her when she did both
      . Doesn’t make any sense.

Nobody would have given a shit if it didn’t look for all the world like she was cheating on Ted Lasso.
