It seems Katie Holmes‘ daughter Suri Cruise wants her to get back together with her ex, and no, it’s not her dad Tom Cruise. Or Holmes’ longtime ex Jamie Foxx. It turns out Suri allegedly wants her mom to get back together with Joshua Jackson.
Insiders alleged to Closer Online UK that Holmes’ 20-year-old daughter wants them back together.

“Katie and Josh have such an incredible bond, it’s very evident when they’re together,” the inside source said to the outlet. “They have an obvious chemistry but they’ve avoided anything serious so far because they’re both afraid of ruining what they have. Most people in their lives are pushing them to stop being so cautious and give this a real shot. Even Suri has been telling her mum to go for it because she can see how happy being with Josh makes her.”

They added, “Suri is super-protective of her mum. She’d never suggest she date anyone that wasn’t solid and she’s known Josh for years so she has a good read on him. She’d love to see Katie in a relationship and she’s zeroed in on Josh because it’s so obvious they have a spark.”

For those who don’t know, the Dawson’s Creek alums dated from 1998 to 1999.
“I’m just going to say that I met somebody last year,” Holmes said of Jackson to Rolling Stone. “I fell in love, I had my first love, and it was something so incredible and indescribable that I will treasure it always. And that I feel so fortunate because he’s now one of my best friends. It’s weird, it’s almost like a Dawson-and-Joey type thing now.”
