Casualty spoilers follow.

    Next week on Casualty, Dylan prepares to give an important speech, but his big day is hampered by his personal drama. Meanwhile, Teddy struggles during a difficult shift, and Flynn encourages Rory to speak out against Colonel Bard.

    Here is our round-up of all the biggest moments coming up next week, in the latest episode of the current boxset, ‘Lethal Legacy’.

    1. Stevie learns her fatestevie nash, casualty episode 8

    Flynn meets with Stevie, Matty and Dylan and explains that Stevie won’t face major consequences for her actions, aside from a period of being supervised in the ED and a temporary ban from working in resus.

    Dylan is furious that there isn’t a more severe punishment, while Stevie is angry that Dylan’s complaint nearly ended her career – and confirms that she’ll no longer be attending her colleague’s big keynote speech later.

    2. Teddy strugglesteddy gowan, casualty

    Paramedics Teddy has a particularly difficult shift, helping a woman who was glassed in the eye, followed by a mother who suffered a cardiac arrest in front of her son. It looks like he might finally open up to Jacob about how he’s feeling, but he instead throws himself back into work.

    Teddy and Jacob’s shift later takes another dramatic turn, but will Teddy find the courage to tell his friend about how much he’s been struggling with his self-worth?

    3. Flynn encourages Roryflynn byron, casualty episode 8

    Rory is discharged from the hospital and the young solider immediately seeks out Flynn to ask for his help with leaving the Army. Flynn feels that it should be Bard who has to leave, not him, so he encourages Rory to instead report his military boss. Rory decides that he will speak out against Bard – together with fellow soldier Kevin, who still remains in a coma.

    Will Bard’s bullying finally be exposed, and will Flynn get justice for Adam?

    4. Dylan makes a speechdylan keogh, casualty episode 8

    Dylan tries to make amends with his son after recent events, but Matty rejects him as he’s annoyed about having to be supervised by Rash for the foreseeable future. But Dylan and Matty later work well together to save a patient’s life, and their collaboration encourages Dylan to invite his son to his speech.

    Matty is reluctant, but when Stevie reminds him that Dylan is one in a million, will he turn up to support his dad?

    5. Siobhan gets bad newssiobhan mckenzie, casualty

    Siobhan’s shift suddenly turns upside down, when she gets some bad news that leaves her shaken. As she comes to terms with this information, will she be helped by Jan – who is developing feelings for her colleague?

    6. Jodie gets readyjodie whyte, rida amaan, casualty episode 8

    Jodie gets word that there’s soon going to be a planning meeting for the Wyvern Hill Estate. Siobhan encourages her to step up and deliver a speech on behalf of the support group at the meeting, but will Jodie agree to take the lead and fight for justice?

    Casualty airs on Saturday nights on BBC One and now streams first on BBC iPlayer, where episodes are released at 6am on the day of transmission.
