Princess Eugenie marked Father’s Day with a heartfelt tribute to husband Jack Brooksbank, sharing family photographs celebrating his role as a father to their two sons.
The royal posted two images on Instagram featuring Jack with August and Ernest. One photograph showed the trio walking together outdoors, with Jack holding the boys’ hands as they strolled beside a green space.
A second image captured Jack keeping one of the children entertained during a wedding ceremony. Seated inside a church, he appeared to be playing with the youngster, who was surrounded by football-themed stickers and a colouring book.
Alongside the photographs, Eugenie praised her husband in a message to mark Father’s Day.
Her own father, former-Prince Andrew, was notably absent from her post – and social media feed – in recent times.
She wrote: “Happy Father’s Day to the best there is.. chief child entertainer for besties wedding too.
“The boys couldn’t ask for a better Dada.”
While the post focused on Jack and their young family, Eugenie did not make any reference to her father, Prince Andrew.
Eugenie and Jack tied the knot in 2018 after first meeting during a skiing holiday in Switzerland several years earlier. They have since welcomed two children together.
Elsewhere, Meghan Markle also used social media to celebrate Father’s Day, posting a photograph featuring Prince Harry with their children, Archie and Lilibet.
The image showed Archie wearing an England shirt while embracing his father alongside his younger sister.
The Duchess of Sussex wrote: “They’re so lucky to have you. We all are. Happy Father’s Day to our one and only.”
The social media tributes come amid reports that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to travel to the UK next month.
According to reports, the couple’s visit could include time with King Charles, who is said to be looking forward to seeing his grandchildren again.
Reports have also suggested Harry and Meghan may stay at Buckingham Palace during the trip, amid ongoing concerns surrounding security arrangements when they are in Britain.
