      When you see a video like this, it reminds you that they are just a real Black family. They deserve their wealth and accolades. They have shaped and contributed to the culture for so many years, but you can tell that when it comes down to it, it’s evident that they both really inspire each other.

      It is something about Blue doing his hair. I can't describe it, it is like a way to show love by doing one's hair, and for Jay to share that backstory on why he grew his hair out. Full circle, Blue helping him take out the locks, His hand in her hair, and now her's in his. That is a special kind of love language between father and daughter. Love it. Love Jay.

      Now THIS is what Black girls should be buying! Instead of buying products made by a woman who isn't Black, you are literally seeing a man with the same hair texture as many of us real Black people have, using the product and seeing it work in real time. I also love the backstory behind this. Wonderful.

      One thing I admire about the Carter’s- they move together strategically as a unit. There is purpose and intentionality to everything they do. What a beautiful way for a father to show up for His daughter. I love everything about this… And this is Marketing- I went
